Setting Up

Invest Easy is a comprehensive suite of e-services that provides the business community with a single window to interact with the government - starting from establishing a new company, licensing the activities and ending with submitting annual reports.

Via Invest Easy, investors can obtain licences from 10 leading authorities and approval for more than 1,500 economic activities - in one single e-transaction. The portal is based on the government’s national plan of e-transformation, helping entrepreneurs and businesses:

  • Obtain a licence to practise the activity
  • Obtain a licence to recruit manpower
  • Since the launch of the new licensing service in April 2021, over 286,000 licences have been issued – 38,000 of them to international investors.
